With over eight years of leadership in the non-profit sector, Preet Kiran Sandhu brings a wealth of experience in employer engagement, community outreach, and cross-sectoral partnerships development. Currently serving as Manager, Inclusive Employment at United Way Greater Toronto, Preet oversees initiatives that create meaningful employment pathways for marginalized communities.
Preet has successfully collaborated with over 50 organizations, including corporations, government bodies, and community agencies, to deliver impactful social programs. Her expertise spans designing workforce development programs for equity-deserving groups, such as immigrants, women, and youth. She is a proven leader in building strategic partnerships, with a track record of securing funding and developing innovative projects like the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council – TRIEC’s podcast series Voices for Change.
A passionate advocate for social inclusion, Preet holds a Master’s in Marketing from Queen Mary University of London and has been recognized for her community contributions with awards like the ‘Collaborator Award.’
