Find answers to the most common questions about the Excellence in Retailing Awards—from eligibility and submissions to the gala celebration.

 Yes, there is no limit to the number of entries you can submit.

 Yes, you can submit as many entries as you like within a single category.

 Submissions should showcase projects from 2025 or 2026.  Multi-year projects are eligible as long as they conclude in 2025 or 2026.

 No, RCC membership is not required, but members enjoy a lower submission fee.

 Each category has its own criteria. Visit the About → Evaluation tab and select your category. Following the criteria closely gives your submission the best chance to win.

 After registering and paying, you’ll receive an email with instructions to submit your content.

No, gala tickets are sold separately.

Ticket sales will open April 2026.

Finalists will be announced in May 2026.

Winners are revealed live at the gala on June 2, 2026, at the Toronto Congress Centre. A press release will follow the next day.
