James has been part of the Canadian retail landscape for over 25 years with four iconic Canadian companies; previously Shoppers Drug Mart, Petro-Canada, On The Run, and currently with M&M Food Market. In his executive role with M&M, James leads the operations team in effectively managing the 300+ franchise and corporate store locations and 2400+ M&M Express locations across the country.
