Isabelle has been trained in investigative interviewing and interrogation techniques, having received specialized training with Wicklander-Zulawski.
As an active member of the RCC Loss Prevention Advisory Committee, Isabelle contributes to various sub-committee initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration within the industry.
